Terms & Conditions: Gift Certificates & Cards

(1) General Provisions

1.1. These rules govern the procedures for purchasing, using, and returning Asia Thai Spa gift certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Certificate”).

1.2. By purchasing a Certificate, the buyer confirms their full agreement with these terms and conditions.

2.1. The Certificate entitles the holder to receive prepaid services within its validity period.

2.2. The Certificate is non-personal and may be transferred to third parties.

3.1. The validity period of the Certificate is 3 (three) months from the date of purchase. 3.2. The expiry date of the validity period is specified on the Certificate itself. 3.3. Upon expiration of the validity period, the Certificate becomes void, and any unused balance is non-refundable.

4.1. To receive a service, the original Certificate must be presented prior to the commencement of the service.

4.2. The Certificate may be used in a single transaction or in installments (if provided for by the terms of the specific certificate).

4.3. Advance booking is mandatory. Appointments are subject to the availability of time slots and specialists.

5.1. The Certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.2. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, the Certificate will not be replaced or reissued.

5.3. The Salon reserves the right to make changes to the list of services available under the certificate due to changes in the service menu, pricing, or other circumstances.

6.1. The Buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with these Rules prior to purchasing the Certificate.

6.2. The Salon undertakes to provide services corresponding to the face value and type of the Certificate within its validity period.

7.1. These Rules are posted on the SPA center’s official resources and are also available at the time of the Certificate’s purchase. 7.2. All disputes arising from these Rules shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The purchase of the Certificate constitutes acceptance of the offer, meaning the purchaser accepts all terms and conditions specified herein (pursuant to Paragraph 3 of Article 396 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan). The Gift Certificate is non-personal. The Purchaser of the Certificate has the right to gift or otherwise transfer the Certificate to a third party. The Company is not responsible for to whom or on what grounds the Certificate is transferred by the Purchaser or a third party. The Certificate is valid for 3 months. The Gift Certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Services are provided by appointment only. The Certificate can only be used at the branch where it was purchased: AsiaThaiSpa Boutique or AsiaThaiSpa Daily.
